Nite69 Apr 18, 2021 @ 1:12pm. according to what I read on later threads from other players, 340 is the max number of drivers you can have its a hard coded limit. #2. BCS Oct 5, 2014 @ 2:17am. No it's not if you have so much drivers you probley also have some there are very high leveled up so they can be on long jobs and it will come, i have also driver there comes in without makeing money and i also have drivers there make from 30k to 160k on a job. Im in level 72 and have over 300 mill so it don't matter Now, don't try and be shifty man, simulator is the key word and with a minor fine tweak on the numbers, the Euro Truck Simulator can provide an even more pleasant game playing experience for everyone. Like I said before the driving side is near perfect, why not make it better in running a trucking company. 2.Add a part, rename it to reflect what truck they control. (In this case, streamline) 3.Add a variant, rename it after part. 4.At the table link variant and part together. Make sure that each variant only link to a part with the same name. 1.Add a new empty object. Rename it to reflect the truck. 2.Put a new object in Locator group. You can always change the economy so you don't make money so fast. g_income_factor Max (the dev) uses 0.2 for a realistic hard income. But be warned: It does not scale bank loans. Thanks, an interesting idea, but it wouldn't eliminate my original problem, that I feel that having drivers just makes my work pointless, since they make way more Just make sure to save often in case of mistakes. No good getting to 349 drivers and you make a mistake and wipe all your work out. Maybe something SCS should address in these days of equality. After all, there are a lot lady drivers in the industry now. BTW, you will obviously have to find all the photos you want to use for your drivers. Trouble making money with drivers (ETS2) They make barely any money. I invested into a small garage, bought two trucks (both very cheap) and got two suitable drivers. They've been working for a while now, I've leveled them up correctly, and yet still they make barely any money. If you have hired drivers and given them trucks they should start to earn without any further attention from you, assuming that you are not using any mods that interfere. The common advice is to just set their training to Balanced and forget about them :cozybethesda: My drivers will make money even if I turn off my computer bomber991 • 2 yr. ago Way of the road. LosSensuel • 2 yr. ago The fucking way she goes. apparently_DMA • 2 yr. ago anyway, to answer, what works for me is to hire most expensive driver available ( skill 4+ ) and train long distance, so you minimize him going to job place. When you add to that the fact that maximising profits is fairly meaningless once you are up and running in this game and you end up with two pieces of advice - if you are after making as much virtual profit as possible go wide rather than big (ie. 20 drivers in the cheapest trucks using company trailers will net you far more profit than 10 5ibHtS.
